If the unwritten rules are so vital, then why aren't they written down?
To sort out the dumb?  (This obviously didn't work, and the army brass
cannot really want that, because then the troop mortality would be very

What's the Dems' explanation of unemployment?  (I mean the excuse for
e.g. Hillary's WalMart outsourcing production jobs to China.)
