Main thing is that Obama can read the teleprompter. But of course the "crash" has to look like an accident, to ensure the perps go scot-free. Saying they can't count makes them look even more innocent. Saying their victims are gullible (which is absurd for those who don't even participate in the casino gambling) blames the victims.
