This replicator is supposed to give the user control over food origin, 
so you should be able to store organic foods in the cooler canisters. 
Once they can reproduce organic strawberry short cake within, say, 
minutes, I'll be really impressed. I'd imagine it will be decades before 
they master the layering involved in the prep/cook/bake cycles.

Perhaps MIT should stick to spy ware, an area in which they seem to be 
reasonably successful.
