Sounds like the latest move of the de-populationist billionaires. If you can't use mosquitoes as a pretext to spray toxic chemicals in people's homes, introduce bedbugs. And once again they knew in advance where to invest for maximum RoI. "Foresight" is easy according to the Rumsfeld principle (=How could the US be so sure that Saddam has WMDs?
