FW is, after all, a conversation. It is as though a group of people are gathered (here virtually) to discuss many things, with the future of work as the point of departure. It goes way beyond that and that is fine.
Personal attacks or racial slurs are not welcome here as they are not welcome in a real life situation. As in a real life situation the group will decide how to handle things when language becomes inappropriate, when behavior becomes hurtful.
