The profits of capitalism have now come home to roost in people's faces.
I've been seeing this all of my life in the faces of people superbly trained
at great expense to bring beauty, quality and joy into people's lives in the
midst of the squalor of pollution, fundamentalism and pure untrammeled
venality. I've seen mansions where the cost of trim on the owner's bed
would have saved the lives of people that I lost. I've seen cotton shirts
that four of them would have bought my Steinway grand piano that I use for
work.

Until capitalism is holistic and the theory is extended to include all areas
of social value, it will always hurt those who are the least violent and
reward those who are the most violent and self centered. What happened to
the great Indian opera singers, ballerinas, painters, musicians, doctors,
lawyers of the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th? The
genes still exist as does the epigenes (for Keith). What does not exist
for them is capital. They lost out in the breeding race and their
religions were incapable of fighting lies. The Jews were little different
from the Christians but they were almost wiped in the 1940s, imagine if
their story had as been as different as ours and the great prima ballerinas
from the four nations. Osage, Cherokee, Quapaw and Choctaw. The most
common phrase in Cherokee country has been for 150 years "Tell them they
lie."

Now the chickens are once more coming home to roost. So why cry now? If
it was alright then it is still alright. Buck up and take your medicine!
Be a man! What was it Harry said about the blacks and their communities
and the English agreed with? Did I cross the line again?

The video clip link is for a piece of political activism currently
being encouraged by the AFL_CIO. US politics are currently quite
interesting, but this clip may also speak to current/future relevance
of labor unions and other NGOs. Comments?
