No, as you are pointing out I think, the issue isn't "bad guys" but trying to put some accountability and responsibility into these systems and about the only thing that seems to have any international resonance now is "crimes against humanity"... Why should the corporate monsters be any less accountable than the military/political monsters... The military/political ones at least have the excuse of not being educated/very intelligent.
