My wife said I've been surly lately. If more than usual I apologize. I've had a case of the shingles for the past week or so and they were just finally diagnosed and I've gone on a medication for it. Of course it says that it only works if its discovered early. They've had me on happy pills for a week which just made me tired and miserable. That doesn't make up for any of the points I've made. I still believe them but I could have been more graceful had I been more able to go "on point" more easily. Happy Sunday.

I've always considered that Negative Externalities are examples of the pyscho-pathology caused by poor toilet training as children. Poor parenting or absent parents. People who don't clean up after themselves and leave it for others using economics as the excuse.
