Ray, This reads like Platonic ideals, not Realpolitik. Are you saying the below has been the norm in the history of h. superstitious-hierarch? Has it been a rare exception? (I think that is the case) Lastly, do you think that intentionality can drive this to become the rule? (despite massively altered physical conditions and 300% more people than at your birth)
