Mr. Courtneidge has apparently not read the background material. The
book "Natural Capitalism" by Paul Hawken, Amory Lovins and Hunter
Lovins, is obviously the place to start. Then he could consult the
technical reports of the Rocky Mountain Institute. Their web site is
http://www.rmi.org. The Lovins team offers internationally respected
consulting services on energy, environment, development and security
(all interlinked). Amory was the winner of a MacArthur Fellowship and
the Onassis Prize, inter alia. Mr Courtneidge may rest assured that the
authors are familiar with Physics 101.
