Here in BC we have the government-sponsored Bamberton City Project going
back to ca. 1990. Now if Premier Campbell would just revive it in some
form, we could give economists like Dr. Ingram (Econ.) a chance to do
their thing, by articulating an economic system anew for a city built
anew. Nothing like giving the whole system a fresh start.
