Herman Kahn used to say that whenever he came into a new situation he always
listened to what the local paranoid had to say.  If the local paranoid said
that there was nothing going on then that was that.  If the local paranoid
said that something was going on, Kahn would check it out.

www.whatreallyhappened  is that local paranoid.  Now the trick is to figure
out what is fact and what is paranoia.
