I am not so sure about this.  (It's also insulting!  You *know*
we live in a politically correct age!)

I would rather expect that any ee who diverted any of the
product for personal consumption would be summarily dismissed --

Here, of course, I exclude executives dispensing 
the product for business reasons.

    The hourly worker's lunch is a personal expense.
    The CxO's lunch is a business expense.

Go figure!
