Mobs, or deliberate sabotage might occur, but not if they are defended by trained troops and lots of barbed wire. I have no information but suspect the 3000-4000 army formations around the edge of SA in the Emirates and suchlike are mobile strike forces. They'll probably turn out to be garrison troops!
