I agree. Reagan is ~only~ responsible for every premature death due to the collapse of the Soviet public health system in particular and the Soviet civil society (AKA economy) in general. He is responsible for a drug resistent tuberculosis epidemic in Russia which may yet come back to "the homeland" and take up residence in MY AND YOUR LUNGS. I do not appreciate this one bit.
