I think the Soviets have cast the most vetoes. Probably the Israelis have taken the least notice of the UN twitterings.
On the other hand I don't think that the Palestinians have been given any instructions- not that they would take any notice of them.
Has the UN passed anything to do with the Chechnya?That's a place that's had the hell bombed out of it, with many thousands of Moslems killed.
Don't recall any peace marchers. Maybe I missed them.
