[Futurework] Rebuilding Iraq

For a look at a White House-friendly report on rebuilding Iraq, see Center for Strategic and International Studies webpage @ http://csis.org/index.htm.  A field study, it says that the project has been vastly underestimated.  The field report was commissioned by the Pentagon.  It also recommends that the US ask the UN for help.    CSIS says it is nonpartisan, but is headed by some big name Republicans, ie. Sam Nunn, Ann Armstrong, Kissinger, Scowcroft, Schlesinger, Woosley, but also Zbig.
