Back on the domestic front[snip]
Back when he was puching his first big tax cut thru Congress, Bush said one of the reasons was to take away discretionary money for Congres to spend on new programs.
Mean spirited and just plain mean. Bush's signature facial expressions are snarls and sneers for a reason.
But, if I may be a little Garrison Keelor(sp?)-ish, here in Lake Woebegone, where our above-average children DUI, our President has no racial or religious prejudices. We live in an enlightened country.
