Selma,   How do we place jobs that accelerate the pollution of the environment such as the 'cancer alley' chemical plants on the Mississippi above New Orleans? You wrote below           No one on this list seems to understand the implicit contract between         business and the American government to supply "make work" to people         doing useless jobs that are redundant and serve no purpose and indeed contribute         to the glut of product that is a part of the recession cycle.     Bill
