The transparency does not seem to extend to the really interesting
issues, such as what is hidden in the catalyzers to come out over
time, in the form of carcinogenic ceramic fibres (with the same
effect as asbestos).  So this "transparency" is just a PR trick
to attract buyers who don't know the difference between reality
and perception.

In a way, Dubya did provide transparency:
I think the term "regime change" says it all.
The goal of US intervention in Iraq is _not_
regime _removal_ (having a democracy instead),
but just regime _change_ -- i.e. replacing
one regime with another regime.
