No, the reason is that the X11 server is configured to treat NumLock as
a modifier key (Mod3), so a mouse click without numlock is different
than a mouseclick with numlock...
The most recent version or Crystal has some workaround for this (i.e.
most bindings are defined twice, with and without Mod3), you might try
upgrading (I don't think the workarounds fix *everything*, but might
make your life easier).
