I try it it was some time ago. The biggest problem seem to be with the mouse bindings (no one single metisse mouse binding was working when running fvwm-crystal with metisse). I never get the time to investigate it further, and as metisse doesn't provide the capability to zoom in one single program but only the whole desktop (I can already do something similar with Ctrl Alt +), I have no reason to shift to another wm and I just removed metisse from my system.
