Hello. Check if files in application database have execute permissions. If you run fvwm-crystal.apps, does it output something? If you have ~/.fvwm/Applications, move it away and restart Crystal, does menu show? Which menu disappeared, panel, menu from Windows keys or both? Have you recently upgraded Python?
