OK, Put these on the GSOC wish list: - FVWM to respond to resizes in the "viewport" (like in virtual machines when the screen size changes all of a sudden). FVWM to be aware of the event and to trigger a function, where one can rebuild the desktop, or some such. - FVWM to get / work with compositing (using hardware accelerated stuff, not that software plugin). I know FVWM isn't meant to be a razzle-dazzle desktop. But some compositing support wouldn't hurt. This one might be a bit "left field" as the Americans say but actually might help other people onto FVWM and demonstrate the power of FVWM. - An FVWM config that mimics the Windows7 user interface. My 2 cents for now. -- Met vriendelijke groeten / With kind regards Hans Voss --------------------------------------- * Infrastructure Architect * Infrastructure, Cloud, Open Source, Networking and Security * General Open Sourcerer -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- * [email protected] * [email protected] * [email protected] * Skype: j.j.voss * Twitter: hansvoss * Facebook: http://facebook.com/hans.voss --- * Linked In page: http://www.linkedin.com/in/hansvoss * My blog: http://jazzterdaily.blogspot.com - Tech and other news that caught my attention. * Google Reader: My shared News feed: http://tinyurl.com/hansvoss-feed -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
