Have you actually used this, out of interest? I have, it's far from perfect unfortunately. I wouldn't want to suggest it gets used for anything serious -- that's often why the idea of "converting" is a huge burden. I was involved in this concept recently, helping (or trying to) the NetBSD guys move from CVS to Git. It wasn't pretty, and the Jury's still out. :) No offense intended, I just need a break. :) -- Thomas Adam
