I'm guessing that's the "Inactive" scheme?

Looking at Clearlooks, it looks like the "ActiveUp" titlebar is blue?
I'm not sure if ActiveDown has it's own settings.

It looks like you set Border/HandleWidth to 1.

I'm not sure what the 4 buttons do.

I sort of like the gradient.  It's almost invisible.
