There is now a better way.  I just wrote a new command.  With
XineramaSlsScreens you can define the geometry of your Sls
screens, e.g.

  XineramaSlsScreens 2 1024x768+0+0 1280x1024+1024+768

Just use this instead of XineramaSlsSize
