Under Wine? Let's try and see what you mean by that: 1. You mean it's self-contained within a wine window, in which case that's nothing to do with FVWM, or: 2. You've told Wine not to manage its windows in favour of allowing the window manager to try and do so (always a bad idea -- you've no idea just how troublesome that can be; and it's not even FVWM's fault). I wonder which it is... > like Delphi (http://www.twim.it/screen.jpg). Sometimes the main window > (at top) disappears (the window disapperas also from the WindowList > (ALT + Tab). This problem occurs only in fvwm. Clarify 'disappears'. If it has vanished from the WindowList, then it's because it was either unmapped (most likely), or that it has been moved elsewhere which is out of the visibility of your WindowList (for example if you have restricted your WindowList only to display windows on the current page). My first thought (before you said it 'disappeared' was that the said window had raised itself over all others, hence in FVWM 2.5.X): BugOpts RaiseOverUnmanaged Style * UnManaged > PS: There is a way to show all windows (iconify, shaded, > hidden,...ALL) Is this a question, statement, or observation? -- Thomas Adam -- I've been too honest with myself, I should have lied like everybody else.
