Thanks for the pointer but these themes don't seem to follow the Mac
behaviour (application versus document menu bar). They are mostly eye
candy. Unless I missed one... cub, lucky, richard.org...
"Vanilla" KDE has this functionality via the control applet (not a KDE guy
so dunno if this is KDE specific or X11 or what). It seems to work across
all X11 apps so it must be something in X11 and/or the WM.
I'm not interested in making the interface look like OSX/Aqua... I'm
trying to make the menu bar "stick" to the top of the screen versus the
top of the active document window.
