Is it indeed a _bug_ in fvwm? I would guess that it might be intended behaviour... (just that *I* have different expectations of what should happen :-) You might call it a bug that neither EWMHActivateWindowFunc nor UrgencyFunc are mentioned in my 2.5.10 fvwm2 man page, but that seems already fixed in the current 2.5.18 man page.
