I have no idea of the problem, but I see similar things with the
redhat virt-manager app for controlling Xen virtual machines. When
I add this to my config file, I can see the window OK:

Style virt-manager.py Unmanaged

(but, of course, I can't interact with it very well :-).

I also find that if I then edit the config file to comment out the
Unmanage line, and restart fvwm, the window hangs around and behaves
normally, so something is going on during window creation that upsets
the python gtk stuff for the affected windows, but I've never been
able to track down what it is.
