From the internal interface or the external interface? When I do it, it's
logged on Rule 1, which is where I allow the admins to access the Nokia box via https.

Do the Voyager access settings pre-empt any CP NG rule?
Other than the implied rules in SmartDashboard, nothing is allowed to hit the Nokia Enforcement gateway. Yet, I can open up Voyager from a web browser.
I'm assuming that IPSO/Voyager's rules take priority over CP's?
