Dear Richard, I assume it's a new installation.....did u install Checkpoint as a standalone or distributed on Nokia? If you just installed it as FW1/VPN1 Gateway and try to connect from a Client (Smart dashboard) then you cannot connect. You have to have Management installed on the same machine.
If it was upgraded from a old version then make sure the new version of Checkpoint software is activated on Nokia. It's always better if you give some more details like what was the scenario, what is your Plan/Intention to do and what u did.... so that you can get the help in right time.
