Hello, You must have the same version of Check Point in your SmartConsole and SmartCenter (management module).
In this case now you have different version of them. You must download the NG FP3 version of SmartConsole. On the other hand, you can upgrade your platform to Check Point NG AI R55 and use SmartConsole version NG AI R55.
