sk18666 has a change you may need to make. I'm reluctant to post its details because it's not in the public SecureKnowledge database. The article references FP3. We upgraded from FP3 directly to R55 and still had to make this change. After making it, it works as advertised.

In the NG AI R55 we have an issue with installing user database on remote modules. In the SmartDashboard we go under policy-> install database, we only see the smart center as possibility. We do not see our remote modules, although we can load complete policies on the remote systems.
The Checkpoint documentation states that this should be possible, so what is the solution.
