THANK YOU!

I do find it rather odd that the page that's only available to people with maintenance contracts doesn't have that offer, however I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

I really hope they put the full wrappers on the web site. It cannot be a bandwidth issue because the files aren't that large, and if Check Point can't afford more bandwidth at prices today, we all better start looking for a new firewall provider. Fast.

I have to travel to remote sites for work sometimes and dragging a CD along is OK, if the CD arrives undamaged. With R55 I can just download what I need if there's something wrong with what I brought with me (like I forgot it). Witn NGX I don't have that option.

 Hi guys...
I was angry to see the same thing as you do considering the money we put yearly to software subscription .. But after clicking around the site... And going to 'upgrade kits' directly and not to software subscription downloads https://www.checkpoint.com/GetSecure/MediaEngine?action=UPIS_OrderStart
I saw that they still have free delivery option there... :)

Enjoy...

Looks like a lot more reading to do. Unfortunately they are continuing their NGX tradition of not providing it by download (except IPSO, but only the R60 image is available right now)

They want $25 to ship it to US customers; no more free option for those of us that spend tens of thousands of dollars each year in maintenance contracts. I am not happy about this.

When NGX came out, they charged for the eval or expedited delivery but you could get the CDs for free by regular mail if you were under a maintenance contract. This is rather petty and pound-foolish, folks.
