R60 was a change to adjust to their new licencing schemes and few cosmetic
changes...
Well, on R60 you have route-based VPNs, a unified build (i.e. SSL
Network Extender able to work with Web Intelligence and FloodGate-1),
support to Multicast and dynamic routing, SmartPortal, a nicer
SmarView Monitor, better SmartDefense, much better VPN-1 Edge
management, enhancements on MEP, and other things... - so I don't
think it was purely cosmetic...
In R61 more of it seems to be in the management, more than anything
(SmartDefense services, . In the gateway, the "merge" of R60A..
