Service is the name or number of the service being connected to.
s_port is the source port, which is the port on the client which is
initiating the connection.
Since the IP address (or host name, if you have turned ON the resolve
hostnames option) is recorded as Source or Destination, the connection is
defined by:
Client side of connection = source + s_port
Server side of connection = Destination + Service
