Aaron,
Try the following:
Call CheckPoint Support @ 817-606-6600 and then press "7" for licensing. You
will need to leave a voice mail with the following information:
Name, Organization, Phone #, Email, Detailed problem (i.e. converting 4.0 to
4.1), Cert key, and Support ID (if you have one). I just tried this number this
morning to make sure that it still worked and it does.
