Go to phoneboy's site (http://www.phoneboy.com/fw1/) and look at "High Port
TCP Services and FTP". The blocking of ftp on defined ports (regardless of
the rules) appears to be an attempt by Checkpoint to solve some problem no
one is willing or able to explain.
