Did you install a SecuRemote license on your FW? You
need one. You need to get a certifacation key from
your CP reseller, then go to
http://license.checkpoint.com/ to get a license string
and install on your fw.
Next time, you might put something like "Secure Remote
Issue" in your subject line -- because busy folks
might skip over your email since it's very general "FW
issues" -- even though they may have an answer for
SecuRemote. I almost did!
