All,

I am sending this in as I am sure there are many (or will be many) who
encounter this issue, especially where using CP 4.1 SP1 on an NT machine.

The issue is regarding multiple Dr. Watsons which refer to the NETSOD.EXE
file which sits under BIN on the NT machine.

After many trials and tribulations, CP managed to find the problem and
references a fix as follows :

1. Issue a FWSTOP
2. Edit the $FWDIR/conf/fwauthd.conf file and delete the line :
19190 netsod wait 19190
3. Save the changes to the file
4. Issue a FWSTART
5. Restart the FW

As yet, there is no logical reasoning behind the netsod.exe or the error
itself.

I should say that I got the same answer from someone on the list prior to
getting it from CP support, so I'd say some CP'ers are ahead of others.

I do think this is one for phoneboy tho...so phoneboy...can you add it in to
your web page please.
