Why not use scp? It comes with the ssh package. In its default form you
need to know the name of the file you want and you can only pull (no
push). But I've seen some Perl apps (names escape me now) on
www.freshmeat.net which can provide SSL-secured HTML frontends to scp that
emulate ws_ftp.
