This is not possible. If your netmask is 255.255.255.248, yout network
address can't be 202.254.44.30, because the result of the binary
operation '30 and 248' is 24. If your network is 202.254.44.24 with a
netmask of 255.255.255.248, your broadcast address is 202.254.44.31.
The smallest network that could contain host addresses from 30 to 37
would be 202.254.44.0 with a netmask of 255.255.255.192 (a 62 hosts
network)
