I note there are a number of posts on FTP at the moment, so I thought I
would throw in my little problem with FTP.
FTP Client NT4 SP6
FTP Server NT4 with IIS SP6
FW 4.1 SP0 on NT4 (no NAT)
We run a ftp session with an command file. It connects to the ftp server and
uploads about 200 html and data files.
This is an hourly process and we have a 1 in 3 chance of the ftp session on
the client responding part way through the upload with "Not Connected". It
can happen at any point in the upload.
Our test environment which duplicates this does not go through the firewall
and is 100% reliable.
Anyone have any thoughts?
cheers
deanc
