It seems that 'admin' access (with 'any' access) FTP seems to work, but when
one of my normal users FTP (with just an FTP in the service) they do not
work. I'm thinking it might have to do with admins having static NAT rules
and the 'normal' users haveing a hide address with the firewall address.

The user FTP's to a site, connects, but at first data transfer the site
disconnects.
I already applied the 2 /lib/base.def changes about FTP_ENFORCE and FTPPORT.
But I'm still have the problem, but only on some machines.
any suggestions?
