Subject: [FW1] SecuRemote on Win2000 with DNS and NO WINS/LMHOST
We need Win2000 Clients accessing the LAN via VPN (SecuRemote) on
VPN-Gateway 4.1 accessing Calender on Exchange and browsing the network.
Internally WIN2000 with DNS & ADS is set up; NO WINS-Server running.
Questions: Is there ANY possibliity in doing that WITHOUT making a LMHOST
entry on the client-side or using WINS internally (nor writing any sort of
batch file on Client sides)? Anyone has experienced similar challenges with
WIN2000?
