I've been a long time user of eAccelerator and unfortunately parts of
my Zend Framework based app just stopped working with it (especially
Zend_Xmlrpc_Server powered endpoints etc.), while it works flawlessly
without eAccelerator or with APC enabled.

I've been pretty happy with eAccelerator otherwise.
