Right now, no. The immediate plans are getting the basic form handling done: setting up elements with validation, filtering, and optional rendering rules. The current prototyping I've done, based on the other existing proposals and research I've done, is flexible enough, however, that it should be trivial to extend it to allow attaching a db table.
