Hi Jack, I moved it, and I apologize for not sending an email out last
night explaining that I did so. This doesn't mean that it's not under
consideration now by any means; it simply means I'm cleaning up the
proposals area and moving some proposals that haven't seen a new
revision for months to the archived section. If you're still working on
it, please move it back and add a note saying so. Better yet, if it's
ready for review, re-parent it so that it's clear you're waiting for
feedback.
This just reflects our new policy for archiving proposals. I would be
waiting forever to hear back from each author about whether it was OK to
archive each proposal, so instead the burden of proof (of activity) has
been shifted to the authors. ;)
